Beloved

I want you to hold me close, whisper all the broken memories away, whisper all the tears away from my eyes. I want you to tell me all your little secrets, and exactly how you got the scar upon your toe. I want to feel your body on mine, loving me from head to toe, and I'd breathe in your scent, your kisses, the way you linger upon my neck.

I'd breathe it all in.
